That means you can call in on one of our phone lines and speak to someone or leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. We see clients by appointment only, which means you have to have an appointment to be seen. If you book an appointment before business hours do not expect the door to be open any time before your appointment time as a matter of fact depending on the device that you are checking, the time you can expect the doors to open up, can be as much as 5 to 10 minutes after the hour. The reason for this is that we have accepted the appointment prior to business hours as a courtesy to clients that cannot come in during business hours so therapists arrive on the hour not before. If you are new to Even Baby Massage you will have to fill out an intake form that is included in your session time, we allow 10 minutes for paperwork consult, undressing and dressing. You will receive 50 minutes hands on if you are on time for your appointment regardless of the time. Please do not book an appointment if you are pressed for time we do not like to be rushed as this is a time for relaxation.
